Conducting banknote transactions in the Iranian organized foreign exchange market within the framework of the regulations of the Central Bank of Iran and the Anti-Money Laundering Department, as well as purchasing foreign exchange from exporters to meet foreign exchange obligations
Required documents:

1- Original smart national card or stamped receipt of application for registration of smart national card along with old national card and ID card

2- ATM card in the name of the buyer (maximum daily purchase limit is 2,000,000,000 rials)

3- Mobile line in the name of the buyer

3- Print of foreign exchange account (dollars/euro) from the National Bank of Iran
